Then I told tasker when I receive a push bullet message with these certain word ( in my case we used "wake up") then kick off that wake on lan profile I created for my computer. What you need is a device on the inside of the network that you can access from outside easily and that can send a wol : and old android phone. You start to deal with opening ports on your router and port forwarding. The first thing I learned was sending a wol from outside your home network was a huge pain.
